According to Sheriff’s Office, rain was heavy and roads slick at the time as Emma Barreto, 31, of Lebanon, operating a 2000 Honda Civic, rear-ended a 1987 Ford Ranger operated by Christian McCardy, 20, of Lebanon, which was completely stopped. The impact pushed the Ranger into the road, where it collided with a 2005 Cadillac Escalade operated by Rudford Page, 75, of Scio.
